Project Goal:

The Project aims to support women’s economic empowerment in Jordan and fosters entrepreneurship among school girls and supports women-led business start-ups. 

Key Impacts/Activity:    

  1. Conducting a market analysis, needs assessments and baseline assessments to validate the initial assumptions and for monitoring and evaluation purposes;
  2. Establishing and operating a women’s business incubator in Amman with its local partner INJAZ and their network of education institutions;
  3. Introducing a Leaders and Entrepreneurs Program (LEP) for girls that focuses on promoting non-traditional career paths, entrepreneurial culture and leadership with specific interventions involving girls and boys to increase their sensitivity to these issues.
